- I purchased my package but I don't know how to download it?

After purchase, go to https://portal.cfx.re/ and click on "Granted Assets" to download your package.
For more details, check the CFX Documentation.

- I bought the content for someone else (or with the wrong account). Can I transfer my purchase to another account?

You can transfer the asset via the CFX portal.
Important notes:

- We do not manage transfers and cannot assist with them.
- Transfers are handled by Keymaster/cfx.re.
- Transfers cannot be undone, they are irreversible and final (even in case of an error).
- An asset can only be transferred once.

- Are your Assets Encrypted ?

Yes, all the packages are protected with Escrow Encryption.

- Are your creation available or AltV and RageM ?

No, our content is only available for FiveM with Escrow Encryption.

- Can i see your content in game before buying ?

Yes, Type connect showcase.sovaros.org in your F8 console

- Where can i get some support/assitance ?

You can join my Discord and open a ticket with the ticket tool.
