In total, the building includes nine apartments for residents.

The building offers a private underground garage , providing maximum security and easy access.
Upon entering, residents are greeted by a spacious ground-floor hall , along with a modern shared apartment featuring three bedrooms, a cozy living room, and an open kitchen .

The first and second floors are identical, each offering four distinct apartments with unique vibes and designs:

- Cozy Apartment : A warm, welcoming interior, perfect for those who enjoy a homey atmosphere.
- Geek Apartment : Packed with high-tech gadgets and a unique setup for tech enthusiasts.
- Modern Apartment : Dark tones and a minimalist style for an elegant, sophisticated ambiance.
